The Aerojet collection was born from the collaboration between Bulova and the US government to supply timepieces for rail and air transport. In particular, the name Aerojet stems from the collaboration with the famous US airline Pan Am, which began in the late 1950s, which also gave rise to the famous quarter-divided dial created for the American airline's flight personnel.
